What a report contains

A report carries your name, the contact you entered and the report itself: which place, what should change, where it can be checked and how you know the place. The address and language of the page you sent it from travel with it. One hidden field, never shown to people, exists only to catch spam robots.

What reports are used for

Reports are held by a form service until the editors read them at the next review, and they serve only to check and apply what they describe. Nobody is contacted unless the report asks for a reply and leaves a contact. Names and contacts never appear on the site, are never sold and are never passed on to the club, school or organiser concerned; the updates and corrections describe a change, not the person who reported it.

Counting visits without cookies

The site sets no cookies. A small script served from its own domain counts page views without storing anything in your browser and without following you to other sites. A view records the page, the page you came from, and the browser, device type and country taken from the request; only totals are looked at.

Nothing fetched from other servers

The pages load no advertising, no social-media buttons and no outside trackers, and take no fonts, maps or images from other servers. A link to a source or to a map leads to a site with privacy terms of its own. The hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses only as far as delivering the pages requires.

Your rights under the GDPR

To have a report of yours corrected or deleted, send a new report through the form with the same name and contact and say so. The form service is cleaned up at the next review, and you hear back only if you ask and leave a contact. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
