Report a club or event, or a mistake

Use this form for a chess club, tournament series, hall, class or school team in Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot or a neighbouring town that is missing here, or for an entry that is wrong or out of date. Players, parents, coaches, librarians and organisers are all welcome to write.

The most useful thing to include is a link: a club page, a timetable, a chessarbiter or chess-results page, a dated post. Reports are read together at the next review and checked against that page; every change that follows is dated under updates and corrections.

Send report

After you send it

• Reports wait together until the next review of the list.
• Each one is compared with the own pages of the club, school or organiser; where they confirm it, the entry changes and the date goes into the updates and corrections.
• If no page backs the report, the entry stays as it is, with its not-confirmed mark where it has one.
• A reply comes only if you ask for one and leave a way to reach you.
